Welcome to the release day of Behind Palace Doors! When Jules Bennett's assistant, Jill Wymer, asked me to review this book, I was incredibly thrilled! I love Jules Bennett and have read Caught in the Spotlight, the first of this series and it was amazing. Without further ado, here it is:

Behind Palace Doors by Jules Bennett
Behind Palace Doors
Blurb:
"I have a proposition for you."
Their marriage has all the makings of a great romantic movie: a beautiful Mediterranean setting, a handsome prince and fantastic sex. Too bad it's not real. When Prince Stefan Alexander weds Victoria Dane, the agreement between friends is supposed to be in name only to secure his crown. But it doesn't take long for buried passion to erupt....
Victoria gave up a lot for this seemingly fairy-tale life with Stefan, but all too soon she discovers she's fallen in love with the "Playboy Prince." Now Victoria must fight for what really matters. Because the one thing she can't give up is him.
Book 3 of the Hollywood series, but can be read as a stand-alone.
Age: 18 years and up
Review: 4.5 stars
Stefan and Victoria have known each other since their teens, and they’ve been best friends for all that time. Stefan is a prince of Galini Isle and in order to become king, he needs to be married. The only person he can think of to ask this is Victoria, since he doesn’t want a clingy wife.
Victoria is a strong woman who has been burned by love before. I really liked her and her loyalty to Stefan. She dropped everything to help him with his problems and even agreed to marry Stefan in order for him to get the crown. Who doesn’t admire a girl like that?
Stefan is a renowned playboy who only loves his family. He doesn’t want love in his marriage because he feels love ruins everything that loyalty has to offer. I really liked Stefan (I mean, who doesn’t love those flirty, sexy bad boys?) and I loved his and Victoria’s relationship.
There was one part when I felt like Victoria overreacted to something Stefan did, but it was necessary to the plot and I understood where she was coming from.
I loved their flirty banter and I loved watching their relationship grow from friends to lovers. It was such a sweet story and I was rooting for them the whole time. Even though it could be considered short (my version was 196 pages), I felt it was the perfect length for such an amazing story. It didn’t feel rushed and there were no loose ends. Everything was covered and I almost cheered out loud when everything worked out.
I strongly recommend this story for people who love sexy princes, strong women, and an amazingly sweet story.
